Terms of use

Last updated: 2 October 2026.

Plain-English summary: Unlisted is a place to display NFTs you own. It is not a marketplace, and it gives no financial advice.

What Unlisted is

Unlisted lets you sign in with a wallet, place NFTs you own in a virtual gallery, and share a public link. Signing in only proves you own a wallet. We never ask you to approve a transaction and cannot move your assets.

Not a marketplace, not advice

Your content

You are responsible for what you publish: names, stories, profile text, usernames and your choice of NFTs. Don't publish anything that is hateful, abusive, illegal, misleading, infringing, or that tries to scam or impersonate people. Links are not allowed in text, and only an X username can be shared. You must own the NFTs you display.

What we may do

We can hide or remove any gallery, username or text, and block access, at our discretion, for example after a report. NFTs you no longer own are removed from your gallery automatically.

Usernames

Usernames are first come, first served. We may take back names that impersonate others or misuse a brand.

Paid frames and purchases

Availability and liability

Unlisted is provided "as is". We do our best, but it may be unavailable, show out-of-date information, or contain errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses linked to using the site, including decisions based on information shown on it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use Unlisted means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This is a starter set of terms for an early-stage project. Have a lawyer review it before you run a public launch.
